Singapore Penal Code 377AWith this piece, I’d like to attempt to approach the 377A issue from a purely legal perspective, following the requirements of formal justice, substantive justice, harm, internal coherence, Devlin’s idea of the dominant morality, the pedigree test of Legal Positivism, and perhaps an attempt to discern the common natural morality of Natural Law Theory.
